Gas prices imposing hardship on many

The distance from Rosa Golden's home in Bluejacket to the Claremore Veterans Center, where her husband lives in the Alzheimer's unit, is about 50 miles.
It's a trip she doesn't make as often now that gasoline is approaching $4 a gallon.
"That's a hardship for him and for me," Golden said. "But I can't afford to do it. That's part of life, I guess."
Golden isn't alone.
