A poll shows voters split on development proposal

A $282 million Tulsa County river development proposal is a virtual toss-up as it heads toward a vote Tuesday, according to the latest Oklahoma Poll.

The survey of 634 likely Tulsa County voters, conducted Oct. 1-3 by SoonerPoll.com for the Tulsa World and KOTV, channel 6, showed 43 percent opposed to the measure, 41 percent in favor and 16 percent undecided.
